Zarubezhneft downsizes plan for exploration unit

RussiaN oil company Zarubezhneft has ordered the restructuring of its offshore exploration subsidiary, Murmansk-based Arcticmorneftegazrazvedka, after the loss last year of its jack-up drilling rig Kolskaya near Sakhalin Island.
