is
understood
to
be
finalising
the
details
before
awarding
a
letter
of
intent
this
week
to
the
duo
for
the
engineering,
procurement
and
construction
of
the
anchored
production
facility
for
its
deep-water
Malikai
development.
The
contract
award
is
expected
to
be
concluded
in
October
for
the
large
production
facility
that
will
boast
an
11,000-tonne
topsides
and
a
12,000-tonne
hull.
Construction
on
the
TLP
will
take
place
at
MMHE’s
Pasir
Gudang
yard
in
Johor,
Malaysia,
with
delivery
projected
to
be
about
three
years
after
the
final
contract
