Bashneft gets new licence

Russia’s new Natural Resources Minister Sergei Donskoy has announced the ministry’s decision to ­return the 25-year ­exploration and development licence for the Trebs & Titov oilfields to Bashneft-Polyus, a joint venture between Bashneft and Lukoil, writes Vladimir Afanasiev.
