THE Russian shareholders in TNK-BP have rejected a proposal from UK supermajor BP to pay an interim dividend for this year amounting to $1 billion.

problems
in
TNK-BP’s
corporate
management
structure
are
obstacles
to
the
fast
dividend
payout.
