with
Technip
and
Samsung
Heavy
Industries,
Foster-Wheeler
with
the
Petrofac-IKPT
joint
venture
and
STX
Offshore
&
Shipbuilding
However,
the
third
group
represented
by
Petrofac-IKPT
in
Indonesia
is
understood
to
have
withdrawn
from
the
tender
several
weeks
ago,
although
this
has
not
been
made
official.
The
reasons
for
the
group’s
withdrawal
remain
unclear,
but
industry
sources
suggested
the
consortium
members
may
have
reached
the
