Mariner deal for Daewoo

SOUTH Korea’s Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering has been confirmed as winner of a prestigious 1.9 trillion won ($1.77 billion) contract to build a 31,000-tonne deck for Statoil’s Mariner heavy oil project in the UK North Sea.
