onshore
blocks,
15
of
which
are
being
offered
as
production
sharing
contracts
and
three
as
improved
petroleum
recovery
contracts.
Companies
can
apply
for
a
maximum
of
three
blocks
and
must
team
up
with
at
least
one
local
player
to
bid.
The
Energy
Planning
Department
will
provide
a
list
of
the
registered
Burmese-owned
companies,
said
to
include
state-owned
Myanma
Oil
&
Gas
Enterprise
(MOGE),
to
foreign
companies
considering
bidding.
