Chris Smith, principaldeputy assistant secretary and acting assistant secretary for fossil energy atthe DOE, told delegates at the LNG 17 conference this week that the departmentis committed to moving the process along quickly, but are equally committed to‘getting it right'.
He added that any announcement on the way forwardwould be determined following examination of study results and related commentslaunched last December.
