The oil producers group has been working to put together a deal between all its members to reduce or cap output hoping for a market recovery, targeting an output of between 32.5 million barrels per day and 33 million bpd.
However, apart from setting the supply target, Opec also needs to clarify individual country allocations, as Iran, Libya and Nigeria are said to be exempt from cuts, production baseline and implementation date.
