Copano shows 90% increase in revenue
Houston-based Copano Energy showed a 90% increase in revenue in the first
quarter.
Revenue for the first quarter increased 90% to $401.7 million compared with
$211.0 million for the first quarter last year.
Net income increased by 67% to $14.5 million, or $0.25 per unit on a diluted
basis, for the first quarter compared to net income of $8.7 million, or
$0.20 per unit on a diluted basis for the first quarter last year.
Copano's operating segment gross margin increased 93% compared to the first
quarter last year.
Adjusted EBITDA for the first quarter was $43.6 million compared with $23.5
million for the first quarter last year, an increase of 86%.
