Moscow faces new Yukos penalty

Ruling: against Russia by European Court of Human Rights

Yukos shareholders are reported to have been awarded an "unprecedented" €1.9 billion ($2.6 billion) by the European Court of Human Rights in a damages claim against the Russian state over its takeover of the now defunct oil company.
