Shell and ExxonMobil have agreed to sell the transport business of their German natural gas network joint venture BEB to Dutch state pipeline operator Gasunie.

agreement

in
line
with
Shell's
portfolio
management
strategy
to
maximise
shareholder
value,"
Charles
Watson,
executive
vice
president
of
Shell
Energy
Europe,
Shell
Gas
&
Power,
said
in
a
statement.
The
deal,
for
which
no
financial
details
were
disclosed,
is
subject
to
regulatory
approval
and
is
expected
to
be
completed
next
year.
