Salinas takes four US leases
Australia’s Salinas Energy has bought four oil and gas leases in
California’s San Joaquin basin.
The new leases at Wheeler Road, Tejon Ranch, Lamont and Button Willow are
all located near producing oil and gas fields and have targets in Miocene to
Eocene aged sandstones.
The company added that the leasessatisfy the conditions for the conversion
of the previously issued 1000 convertible preference shares into five
million ordinary shares and vesting of the five million series B options
will now take place.
