Queen City: Denver is home to Bill Barrett
Denver minnow Bill Barrett said its chief financial officer, Thomas Tyree, is to resign to start a new oil and gas venture.
Tyree's resignation is effective 17 November.
The company said it was reviewing candidates to replace him.
