Schlumberger hauls in Reslink

Houston oil services giant Schlumberger is set to buy Norwegian completion technology provider Reslink.

The deal is expected to close before the end of the year. Terms were not disclosed.

Reslink has manufacturing facilities in Algard, Norway, and in Houston. The company specialises in sand management and zone isolation in wells, including wire-wrapped screens for use in sand-face completions and in-flow control devices, Schlumberger said.
