Halliburton

come

increasing
scrutiny
for
its
role
in
cementing
and
plugging
operations
on
Macondo
as
speculation
continues
to
mount
about
the
causes
of
the
deadly
blowout.
Members
of
the
committee,
which
is
headed
by
Representative
Henry
Waxman,
want
any
documents
related
to
the
procedures
by
7
May
and
have
asked
Halliburton
officials
to
come
to
Washington
for
a
briefing
on
5
May.
"Problems
with
cementing
have
frequently
been
identified
as
the
causes
of
well
blowouts,"

letter
