Gulfport restores West Cote flows
Oklahoma City-based Gulfport Energy said it had finished repairing the sales pipeline serving the West Cote Blanche Bay field, in Louisiana, and restored full output from the field.
The pipeline ruptured when it was hit by a tug in October, triggering an explosion that killed four crewmen aboard the vessel.
The company said the field is now pumping at a higher rate than it was before the accident.
