Wavefield charts Libya course

Norway's Wavefield Inseis is setting sail for Libya to carry out a 3D seismic shoot over Block 18 for Brazilian giant Petrobras.

The shoot is set to start by the end of the first quarter next year and should take about one-and-a-half months.

The MV Geowave Commander will shoot a 850 square kilometre survey over the block, which lies in the Pelagian basin, in the south-east Mediterranean Sea.
