Brazil's Petrobras aims to unlock millions of barrels of offshore crude through new project

A Petrobras project aimed at testing the potential benefits of underbalanced drilling is seen by the operator as having the potential to unlock millions of barrels of offshore crude that would otherwise be commercially unviable.
