New boss: PTTEP has appointed Tevin Vongvanich as president and chief executive

Thailand’s state-run PTT Exploration & Production (PTTEP) has appointed a new chief executive as part of a management reshuffle.

PTTEP announced on Monday that Tevin Vongvanich would replace Anon Sirisaengtaksin as the company’s president and chief executive.

Tevin joined PTTEP in 1989 and held a number of senior roles before being seconded to its parent company, PTT, in 2004 as executive vice president of corporate business development.

In 2008 he became senior executive vice president, corporate strategy and development and in 2009 was appointed chief financial officer off PTT and to the board of directors of PTTEP.

Tevin will take up the role as PTTEP president and chief executive as of 1 May.
