The
companies
signed
a
contract
in
2009
for
a
jetty
and
marine
structures
project
on
Barrow
Island,
at
the
Gorgon
project
off
the
coast
of
Western
Australia,
with
work
to
be
completed
by
December
2012.
But
in
a
market
update
sent
out
today,
Leighton
Holdings
chief
executive
Hamish
Tyrwhitt
said
the
facility
would
now
be
delivered
in
October
2013,
as
the
scope
of
the
contract
had
“evolved”
since
the
initial
award.
