Criticism: Republicans accuse US President Obama of being unfriendly to energy development

Republicans in the US House of Representatives have offered another rebuke to President Barack Obama’s energy policies, advancing a Bill that would require the Democratic administration to open up more of the nation’s offshore areas to oil and gas exploration.
