sum
engineering,
procurement,
fabrication,
installation,
commissioning
and
start-up
contract
was
awarded
by
field
operator
Zakum
Development
Company
(Zadco).
It
covers
240
kilometres
of
subsea
pipelines,
128
kilometres
of
subsea
composite
and
fiber-optic
cables
and
almost
30,000
tonnes
of
offshore
structures
including
jackets,
riser
platforms,
flare
towers,
bridges
and
island
modules.

announcement
confirms
an
earlier
report
by
Upstream
the
Technip-NPCC
partnership
had
beaten
rivals

Ray
McDermott
and
Saipem
for
the
award.
