CFO out at HRT

HRT CFO: Let go from post

Brazil independent HRT has released its chief financial officer, the company said Wednesday.

Following a 7 August board meeting the company made the decision to merge the financial departments of HRT and HRT Oil and Gas, the company said in a statement.

That meant Francisco Lourenco Faulhaber Bastos-Tigre was relieved of his role of chief financial officer and investment relations officer at HRT.

The company nearly a month ago announced it would replace more than half its board following disappointing well results in the remote onshore Solimoes basin.
