Schlumberger finance chief steps down
Houston oilfield services giant Schlumberger said its chief financial officer and executive vice president Jean-Marc Perraud was to retire.
Schlumberger said Perraud would be replaced by its vice president and treasurer Simon Ayat from 1 March.
Perraud, who joined Schlumberger in 1974 and who has held the finance post since 2002, will stay on as a financial adviser under a phased retirement plan.
