Canadian
pipeline
operator
said
on
Wednesday
that
it
had
submitted
a
supplemental
environmental
report
to
the
Nebraska
Department
of
Environmental
Quality
after
taking
into
account
the
state's
recommendations
for
the
proposed
line,
which
would
carry
crude
from
the
Canadian
oil
sands
to
refineries
in
Texas.
