The
managing
director
of
ExxonMobil's
local
unit,
Mark
Ward,
told
Reuters
a
cleanup
had
been
mobilised,
and
he
apologised
to
affected
communities
for
the
spill.

(MPN)
regrets
this
incident.
Our
teams
are
being

to

up
the

said
in
a
statement

to
