Dockwise hauls in more work

Adding to the order book: one of the contracts related to the new Dockwise Vanguard heavy lift vessel

Netherlands-based Dockwise has been awarded six new contracts, letters of intent and contract extensions worth nearly $60 million.

Dockwise said the contracts included a material change order for a contract related to its new Dockwise Vanguard heavy lift vessel which gave the customer a later loading window.

The contracts also included five shorter term deals which will be carried out this year and next, including the mobilisation of two drilling rigs and the transport of a yacht-hotel.

The company also signed a letter of intent for a float-over project in Asia in 2015 and another for a logistics project in the American region.
