agreements
linked
to
the
joint
venture
this
morning
in
Putrajaya.
The
deals
involve
the
swap
of
interests
in
the
affiliates
of
the
two
companies,
Berlian
McDermott
and
TH
Fabricators,
informed
sources
told
Upstream.
Both
parties
will
also
own
equal
interests
in
two
new
local
outfits
to
be
established
for
tendering
engineering,
procurement
and
project
management
services
contracts
in
Malaysia.
