ExxonMobil sanctions Hebron

Plan: Hebron expected to produce 150,000 bpd

US supermajor ExxonMobil and its partners have formally sanctioned a $14 billion development at the Hebron oilfield off Newfoundland & Labrador that could recover as much as 700 million barrels of oil.
