the
Kulluk
lay
around
eight
miles
offshore
and
was
under
tow
by
the
Aiviq,
which
was
travelling
north
at
a
rate
of
4.1
knots.
The
barge
rig
is
being
taken
around
30
miles
from
Sitkalidak
Island
-
where
it
has
lay
stranded
for
a
week
-
to
harbour
at
Kiluida
Bay
for
inspection.
The
USCG
said
that
an
overflight
of
the
operation
would
be
made
at
first
light
local
time,
weather
permitting.
