the
buyout
aimed
to
tee
up
growth
in
the
Canadian
Atlantic
market
using
the
company’s
heritage
in
the
Arctic
and
other
harsh
environments.
The
buyout
of
the
partnership,
which
was
formed
in
2002
by
the
company
along
with
SNC-Lavalin
and
GJ
Cahill
&
Co,
is
being
made
for
an
undisclosed
sum.
