Russia orders Arctic icebreakers

Ordered: pair of icebreakers for Russia's Arctic waters

Russia has ordered a pair of salvage-and-rescue icebreaker vessels to support Arctic offshore operations in a €150 million ($199 million) deal with German fabrication group Nordic Yards.
