Norway, the world's third largest natural gas supplier has said it would 'not be natural' for the country to join an organisation of gas-producing countries.
Trude Iversen, a spokesman for Norway's Ministry of Petroleum and Energy, said Norway was not a member of Opec and would not join an Opec-style gas cartel, French news agency Agencie France Presse reported.
