Output resumes at Mustang field

Raring to go: output and sales haves resumed from the Mustang Island 818-L field

London-listed Silvermere Energy has resumed production from its Mustang Island 818-L field in the Gulf of Mexico.

Maintenance on the main interconnect pipeline, operated by ExxonMobil, had forced the shutdown of the field in December.

Silvermere revealed on Tuesday that repairs to the pipeline were successfully completed on 5 January and the sales line from the Dominion Production-operated Mustang Island 818-L field was re-opened on Monday.
