reportedly
looking
to
ramp
up
truck
exports
by
road
to
20,000
barrels
per
day
from
its
Taq
Taq
oilfield
within
the
next
few
weeks
as
it
faces
an
export
halt
on
the
main
Kirkuk-Ceyhan
pipeline
due
to
a
payments
dispute
between
the
Kurdistan
Regional
Government
(KRG)
and
the
federal
regime.
However,
Baghdad
has
dubbed
the
alternative
road
export
route
illegal
and,
as
if
to
drive
home
the
point,
state
oil
company
Somo
on
Thursday
issued
a
statement
saying
any
company
caught
carrying
out
exports
without
the
co-operation
of

central
government
could
