exploration
well
is
being
drilled
to
prove
the
presence
of
hydrocarbons
in
Upper
to
Middle
Jurassic
reservoirs
of
the
Ogna
prospect,
which
Lundin
estimates
to
hold
unrisked,
gross,
prospective
resources
of
156
million
barrels
of
oil
equivalent.
The
well
is
being
drilled
using
the
jack-up
Maersk
Guardian
and
is
expected
to
take
about
50
days
to
drill
to
a
total
depth
of
2444
metres.
