SembMarine
announced
on
Tuesday
that
Jurong
Shipyard
had
successfully
restored
and
floated
the
rig.
A
problem
with
the
jacking
system
caused
the
rig
to
tilt
on
3
December,
which
led
to
about
89
workers
requiring
hospital
treatment.
SembMarine’s
initial
investigation
into
the
incident
found
a
braking
system
failure
on
one
of
the
movable
legs
to
be
the
likely
cause
of
the
accident.
However,
now
that
the
rig
has
been
returned
to
an
upright
position,
Jurong
Shipyard
and
Singaporean
authorities
will
now
carry
out
a
full
investigation
into
the
cause
of
the
tilting.
