round.
Not
far
behind
was
UK
independent
Faroe
Petroleum,
which
boosted
its
ambition
to
expand
off
Norway
with
eight
licences,
of
which
three
are
operatorships.
Other
small-fry
winners
included
Agora
Oil
&
Gas,
which
has
been
acquired
by
the
UK’s
Cairn
Energy,
with
two
licence
shares,
Explora
Petroleum…
