apparently
trumping
rival
buyer
China
Oilfield
Services
Ltd
(COSL),
which
was
recently
reported
to
be
in
talks
with
the
Oslo-listed
rig
contractor
to
buy
the
unit
that
is
scheduled
for
delivery
in
November.
The
latest
sale,
expected
to
close
on
15
March,
will
leave
Standard
with
only
one
remaining
rig
under
construction
at
the
yard
out
of
seven
originally
ordered,
with
the
B340
unit
due
for
delivery
in
May
