Statoil: one more safe in Algeria

Statoil has said that one more of its 17 staff caught up in a terror raid and hostage crisis in Algeria has been declared safe but the fate of others remains uncertain.

The Norwegian oil giant continues to fly rescued personnel and staff members from other Algerian oil & gas facilities out of the country after what appears to be a botched rescue mission by Algerian forces, leading to numerous deaths at the In Amenas gas plant.
