Deep Sea Supply wins work for vessel trio

Oslo-listed contractor Deep Sea Supply (DESS) has secured contracts with undisclosed clients for a trio of anchor handlers worth a total of $19.3 million for the fixed periods.

The company has deployed its anchor handling-tug and supply (AHTS) vessel Sea Badger on a three-year contract for operations off Thailand.

In addition, it has been awarded 120-day firm contracts, with 60-day options, for the two AHTS units Sea Tiger and Sea Bear with an international oil company for work off Brazil, with the vessels set to mobilise from the North Sea at the end of this month ready to start operations on 1 March.
