The
initial
phase
of
the
plant
in
the
Cabo
Delgado
province
will
have
a
capacity
for
5
million
metric
tonnes
per
year,
with
future
plans
to
produce
50
million
metric
tonnes
per
year.
The
plant
is
planned
for
a
2018
startup.
