Ministry
demanding

meeting
to
examine
security
safeguards
against
terrorism
for
Norwegian-owned
oil
and
gas
installations,
both
at
home
and
overseas.
The
union’s
health,
safety
and
environment
leader
Roy
Erling
Furre
believes
a
reassessment
of
risk
at
Statoil’s
overseas
operations
is
required
after
the
incident
at
the
Algerian
gas
plant,
which
is
believed
to
have
resulted
in
the
deaths
of
scores
of
foreign
workers.
