after
its
acquisition
of
block
owner
First
Calgary
Petroleum.
The
rich
gas
plant
at
the
field,
located
about
1000
kilometres
from
Algiers,
has
daily
production
capacity
of
9
million
cubic
metres
of
gas,
15,000
barrels
of
oil
and
12,000
barrels
of
liquid
petroleum
gas.
Start-up
at
the
field
is
set
to
boost
Eni’s
equity
production
from
Algeria
to
100,000
barrels
of
oil
equivalent
per
day
this
year,
after
producing
80,000
boepd
to
make
it
the
country’s

producer
in
