UK
supermajor
on
Monday
announced
an
agreement
with
the
Danish
firm
to
collaborate
on
the
project,
which
is
part
of
BP’s
previously
announced
Project
20KTM
initiative
to
push
the
technological
frontiers
of
exploration
technology.
A
collaborative
team
in
Houston
with
support
from
Copenhagen
will
work
specifics
of
rig
design,
blowout
prevention
and
riser
equipment
specifically
made
to
operate
in
pressures
up
to
20,000
pounds
per
square
inch
and
350F.
Any
construction
contracts
would
be
assigned
separately,
