UK-based services player Asco Group has secured a five-year contract from Sweden’s Lundin Petroleum to provide supply base services in Norway.

Asco will provide supply base and logistics services for the Swedish explorer’s drilling and operational activities on the Norwegian continental shelf, including the Brynhild and Edvard Grieg fields as well as other North Sea exploration activities.

The contract includes supply base services, offshore containers, transport and freight forwarding, waste management and provision of logistics personnel.

No value was disclosed for the five-year contract, which comes with two two-year options.
