Kulluk
drilling
barge
will
first
head
to
Dutch
Harbor,
Alaska
and
then
be
dry-towed
to
an
Asia
shipyard
to
repair
damage
sustained
after
the
rig
slipped
its
tow
lines
and
ran
aground
off
an
Alaskan
island
last
month.
