HSSE
specialist
with
the
UK
supermajor,
was
killed
along
with
three
other
employees
following
the
tragedy
at
the
plant
near
the
Libyan
border.
BP
said
47-year-old
Green
joined
the
company
last
year
but
had
23
years
experience
working
on
major
international
projects.
Colleague

Browning
described
Green
as
"a
friendly
and
likeable
guy"
who

respected
and
recognised
for
his
contributions
to
safe
