Thailand’s national upstream company PTTEP has plans for a standalone gas development in Block M-3 off Burma if it can firm up sufficient gas reserves in this year’s appraisal campaign.
The
company
reckons
that
if
it
can
prove
up
between
800
billion
and
1
trillion
cubic
feet
of
gas
at
M-3,
then
these
volumes
will
be
exploited
for
the
local
market.
